Crystal Joseph-Cobb is a first-generation South Asian American who was born and raised in the sunshine state and currently resides in Tampa Bay. She is a self taught makeup artist, MBA graduate, and marketing professional. Though she wears many hats, her love for art, beauty, and entrepreneurship drove her to dream beyond the cultural and social norm of becoming your typical doctor or engineer. During her years of working in the corporate world, she was able to turn her love for makeup into a “side-hustle”. Nearly a decade later, she has transformed that very “side-hustle” into a full on career.

In 2009, Crystal birthed the idea of Beauty Marked - a concept derived from the simple thought of making an impactful statement to the world around you. Whether with beauty, style, culture, talents or gifts everyone has a “beauty mark” that makes them unique in an extraordinary way. Through makeup artistry, Crystal leaves her mark on others by using passion & creativity to elevate their beauty.

Crystal began this venture with so much to learn and experience. Over the years, she discovered her calling beyond the makeup brush and began building a team of talented artists and stylists. While doing so, she developed a deep passion for helping other beauty industry individuals advance their skills and careers. With Beauty Marked, she hopes to inspire and empower others to be bold in their individuality and embrace their true potential.

Meet Lucia, Beauty Marked’s Client Coordinator. Lucia is the vibrant force behind the scenes at Beauty Marked, bringing her blend of executive assistance and passion for the beauty space to the forefront of her work.

Having started her career within the marketing space in New York City working with some of the industry’s biggest brands, and on the production side of commercials and music videos for various artists in Los Angeles, she has an understanding and passion for style, art, culture, and beauty.

She has recently joined Beauty Marked to expand her knowledge of the bridal industry while catering to our luxury clientele. Getting to know your beauty goals is her number one priority.
